are at your side and your hands by your chest. Inhale slowly
and raise your head and chest as high as you can. Keep up
straight and then bend down forward and touch the floor
with your hands without breaking your knees, then go back
to original position. It will also increase body heat and
destroys diseases.
3) The forward bend exercise is important to stretch
your body to prevent soreness and keep you supple. This
can be done by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart,
holding your putter parallel to the ground behind your back.
Then gently bend forward hinging from the hips, dropping
the club to your ankles then go back to original position.
Keep this frame form 10 to 15 seconds. This will stretches
your back, neck and hamstrings.
