EXERCISING AS A HABIT

Exercise can be very beneficial to your overall health but you can not get the best results through exercise alone. You still need to watch your nutritional intake and take vitamins or supplements to help keep your body in shape and providing it with what you need to grow healthily.

Below are the three exercises which are effective to trigger the growth of the human body.

1) The bar hanging exercise is the common stretching exercise to increase height. While hanging on the bar above the ground level, your muscles tighten and bones will be stretch especially the bone on the posterior part of the body which is the spine. While hanging, you also have to at the same time swing your body without the help of your wrist and maintain a straight position while hanging to keep the spine straight.

2) The cobra pose exercise may strengthen the spine stretch the chest, shoulders, and abdomen, firm the buttocks, and relieve stress and fatigue. You have to lay down on your stomach while keeping legs together with both arms are at your side and your hands by your chest. Inhale slowly and raise your head and chest as high as you can. Keep up straight and then bend down forward and touch the floor with your hands without breaking your knees, then go back to original position. It will also increase body heat and destroys diseases.

3) The forward bend exercise is important to stretch your body to prevent soreness and keep you supple. This can be done by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding your putter parallel to the ground behind your back. Then gently bend forward hinging from the hips, dropping the club to your ankles then go back to original position. Keep this frame form 10 to 15 seconds. This will stretches your back, neck and hamstrings.
